Here I am sitting at my desk, taking refuge in the small internet. My view of the terminal is partially obscured by some roses in a brown glass vase, maybe accounting for typos. A wood fire glows in the fireplace. At my foot, a puppy. I feel spiritually drained. I’ve been up since early. The day went smoothly. I need to regenerate. I find sunlight to be glarey and I block it. In that way I’m a bit like Dracula. I need to recharge my batteries, and I hope to take a proper bath instead of a shower. I will take my leave. Take it easy.
