Operation: Dead Hand

Goal (originally): In case of nuclear war with the USA in the cold war where the Government would be unable to act, this   Operation would automatically launch ICBMs at major NATO Cities

Goal (now): Launching ICBMS at every affected town in Russia

Status: Success
