# Second shot

One week ago I finally received my second Corona vaccination (Comirnaty). So in a few days I will actually have the benefit of a full vaccination.

Should I feel better now? Is the risk really dealt with? Or will the delta variant prove to be more resiliant and ruin all the vaccination efforts?

We are still a long way from herd immunity, at least in Germany. Here, as of today, only 35.8% of the total population is fully vaccinated. 80% is still a long way to go.
