# Album #60: At Budokan (Live) By Cheap Trick (1978). => https://1001albumsgenerator.com/albums/5ttDbNMKXczvp0Z8QRgKs6/at-budokan At Budokan on 1001albumsgenerator I don't like live albums. I like seeing music live, but most performances don't stand up to repeat listens. Of those that do, there's an even smaller set that would work well for people not familiar with a band. Nirvana - MTV Unplugged, Johnny Cash - At Folsom Prison are the only ones that sprung to mind. Opening track 'Come on, Come on' made me think *maybe* I was being too harsh, and it could be OK. But with each subsequent track I returned to my original assumptions: I don't care for Cheap Trick, I don't care for live albums, and the idea that this is an album that everyone should hear before they die is preposterous. That's not to say it's awful. Perhaps it works for Cheap Trick fans? But that's not how this self-imposed rating system works. # Rating ⭐ ______ => / 🏡 Home => ./ 📻 More albums => /about.gmi 🙋 About this project
