Funkadelic at the height of their popularity. Leaning too heavily in to the psychedelia for me on this one - structurally and lyrically it's made even more aggravating by the fact that the music is good. But as a whole, it reminds me why I bounced off Parliament/Funkadelic many years ago, and is probably also why I couldn't make it through George Clinton's book.
