Pixies: good. Bossanova: fine.

Velouria is a classic, obviously. Songs like Allison are good! All Over The World is fine! So in short, there's plenty of good songs. But it's pretty skippable. I could understand someone nostalgically being attached to it, and it wouldn't be a bad entry point to the Pixies. But it's not essential.

Doolittle and or Surfer Rosa must be on this list. Bossanova doesn't need to be. You have my permission to skip it.
