# N-Point Plan for Perfection

In starting to write my index page, I started scribbling a few things that I thought I would capture here. They may turn into something, they may not. I figured why not keep my flittering thoughts in plain view for all to see? So, here we are:

## Possible topics

* Parenting as seen by an infrared astronomer
* Right to repair, walled gardens, convenience, polish/presentation statt ownership/diy/flexibility
* Text map of Los Angeles - not a map so much as vignettes you can 'walk' through
* Empty build-up of Colorado
* Went to college play

## Snippets of writing

* "Small internet" is such a good term to describe what's going on here in Gemini/Gopher/Pubnix-sapce. It puts the internet in more human terms. Humans can only really connect with other humans on a small scale. I see the small internet as an opportunity to ...

## Possible Projects

* Tool to monitor power usage of software tools so that you can try to reduce resources used
* Script that adds navigation boilerplate to new files along with a date inline and as part of the filename. Script would also update these if the file is edited and create a revision history with optional comments.
* Script to paste in the latest update date as part of the title to my flightlog on the index page.
