I likely need to find a new job soon. Dang. Well.. the reality of working at a startup.

I don't know if my next job will also be in a startup. It's exciting and etc.. But also very tiring as everything is changing constatnly.

Most of my career has be in startups and very small companies. I've always liked being hands on, and there being no real "job roles" – everyone can get involved. However, recently I took a job at a monster company, and I have to admit that I love the very clear lines between life and work now. Nobody does *anything* outside of 5pm and on weekends and the pace is much more sustainable. · 2 years ago
