Changes made to Fedran for September 7 through September 13

As part of the #HomeSiteHouseKeeping[1] challenge, I'm documenting the changes made to the website and its contents. Sometimes there is going to be a lot of entries, other times there won't.

• Switched the missing file to be YAML and list the pages that had the bad link.
• Fixed some bad slugs generated by links. In specific, ones with commas.
• Noted epigraph references in Sand and Blood[2] on individual chapters.
