Trying to minimize phone use, by switching to a mp3 player. I actually tried this before but it failed. I'm hoping I'm in a better headspace for this to work. I'm tired of breaking all of my phone audio jacks. Huzzah to the San Disk and https://gpodder.github.io/. 🙏

I’m revisiting MP3 players this week. used SanDisk MP3 shows up today. would love to build a docking app that syncs gem log feeds as text to speech mp3. also using it for language learning. I have a bunch of phrases I am studying sync to it when I am running or commuting. · 10 months ago

I switched in February. Using a Surfans F20 with rockbox. Also got a Retroid so I avoid using the phone for entertainment. I wish to move to a dumb phone, but I’m stuck needing a few things like WeChat for work.

I think separate devices helps to reduce distraction from the purpose. · 10 months ago
