Gotta love a neighbor who on a nice comfortable Sunday evening when everybody's screen doors and windows are open and are relaxing before the work-week starts again, decides to cut grass with his commercial grade, zero-turn mower and then use his backpack blower to clean up - - until 10:15pm.
