Updated Makefile gemlog generator

The Makefile that generates index, feeds, headers and footers for pages in this site, is now located at:

It got quite "dirty" with all the `xargs -n 1 bash -c '...'` stuff inside a Makefile for generating feeds (with proper timestamps).

But still it is very compact and dependency free.

It also generates a feed.gmi which is somewhat based on:
