🍾 Lemon Iced Tea

Surprisingly nice. Still got a bit of sweetness leftover from the undigested artificial sweetener that was in it but tastes great. I put it in beer bottles and I'm expecting it to get fizzy.

Ingredients per 1.5l:

• 1.5l of iced tea - black with lemon
• 0.5 cup of cane sugar
• leveled teaspoon of baking yeast

Method:

• Pour sugar into a cleaned 2l bottle, pour iced tea in it, shake until dissolved and pinch yeast in and shake a bit. Label, loosen lid and set in warm, dark space.

Conclusion:

There's no yeasty aftertaste and it's not very strong. The tannins from the tea give it a great mouthfeel.
