Ingredients:


  • 1l peach juice
  • 900ml apple juice
  • 50g inverted sugar (225g total sugar)
  • squeeze of lemon
  • small chunk of an apple


Method:


Warm up some of the juice in a hob and dissolve the (inverted) sugar in it. Pour in a 2l plastic bottle, when room temperature, pitch yeast in and set off to dark and warm place with a loose lid.

This should add to around 6.6% ABV.
