Good morning from Atlantic Time.

I am in New Brunswick (for the first time) -- just over the border on the Ocean train from Montreal to Halifax. I had a pretty poor night's sleep, which was surprising. I hate airplanes and love trains but I think there is a random stop-and-go factor with the train that you (hopefully) don't get on a plane. Still: this is a nice experience. I still have around 10 hours to go, I think?
