+# Ingredients (for 3 dl) |
|
|
|
+- 1 red bell pepper |
|
|
|
+- 250 g feta cheese |
|
|
|
+- 1 bunch of parsley |
|
|
|
+- 1 tsp paprika |
|
|
|
+- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika |
|
|
|
+- 0.1 tsp cayenne pepper |
|
|
|
+- 1 clove of garlic |
|
|
|
+- 3 tbsp olive oil |
|
|
|

+# Procedure |
|
|
|
+1. Cut bell pepper in half and remove seeds |
|
|
|

|
|
+2. Put bell pepper in oven on baking sheet with outside upwards, |

+bake at 175 deg C until outside is dark (approx. 20 min, watch |
|
|
|
+carefully) |

|
|

+3. Let bell pepper cool and remove skin |
|
|
|

+4. Blend bell pepper and mix with all other ingredients except oil |

|

+5. Add spices to taste and adjust consistency with olive oil |
