1 - 30 g coffe beans |
|

2 - 500 g water |
|

4 1. Grind beans to medium size and put in french press |

5 2. Boil water |
|
|

6 3. Pour water over beans |

|

7 4. Wait 4 mins |
|
|
|
8 5. Mix top with spoon to break stratification |

9 6. Scoop off foam and large bits stuck on top |
|
|
|
10 6. Wait at least 5 mins |
|
|
|
11 7. Put in plunger but only press onto liquid surface |
|
|
|
12 8. Gently pour into cup |
|
