1 - 4 eggs |
|

2 - 150 g flour |
|

3 - 25 gr butter |
|

4 - 3 dl milk |

5 - 1 tbsp sugar |

6 - touch of salt |

8 11 pancakes (approx. 4 people, 8 pancakes) |

10 1. eggs are mixed together with 150 g flour |

11 2. Melt butter on one or two pans |

12 3. Add melted butter, milk, a touch of salt, and sugar |

|
13 4. Fry pancakes (they don't need more butter for frying) |
