18 # Instructions |

19 1. In a large bowl, sift the flour well |

20 2. Add in the freshly sliced potatoes, green onions, chopped garlic, baking soda, chopped onions, salt, and pepper |

21 3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and eggs |
|
|
|
22 4. Add the milk and egg mixture into the dried mixture |
|
|
|
23 5. Mix delicately until a smooth texture is formed |
|
|
|
24 6. In a wok, add the butter and scoop in some amount of the pancake batter |
|
|
|
25 7. Cook the batter and flip it, making sure both the sides are cooked properly |
