7 - Chopped garlic, two tsp |

8 - Chinese spice, two tbsp |

9 - Soy sauce, two tbsp |

10 - Salt to taste |

|

11 - Black pepper to taste |

12 - Tofu cubes, two cups |
|
|

13 - Corn flour, two tbsp |
|

14 - Vegetable stock, half cup |
|

15 - Brown sugar, three tbsp |

16 - Red chili flakes, one tbsp |

|

17 - Cilantro, one tbsp |

19 # Instructions |

20 1. Heat a wok on medium flame |
|
|
|
21 2. Add the oil and garlic |
|
|
|
22 3. Cook the garlic, once browned, add the tofu, and mix Chinese spice into it |
|

23 4. After the tofu is half cooked, add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper |
|
|
|
24 5. Add in the red chili flakes, corn flour, vegetable stock, and brown sugar |
|
|
|
25 6. Cook more for ten minutes |
|
|
|
26 7. Add the cilantro on top |
