9 - Mixed vegetables, half cup |

10 - Tofu cubes, one cup |

11 - Asian sesame oil, one tbsp |

12 - Vegetable oil, two tbsp |

14 - Black pepper to taste |

15 - Cooked rice, two cups |

19 1. Warm a wok |
|
|
|
20 2. Add about a tablespoon of oil |

21 3. Add the eggs |
|
|

22 4. Fry each egg and remove it to a plate |

23 5. Add the diced or cut vegetables and mix until daintily cooked |

24 6. Add the ginger and garlic to the vegetables |

25 7. Add your rice, somewhat more oil in the event that you need it, and mix |

26 8. Add about a teaspoon of soy sauce to the wok |

27 9. Fry the tofu cubes in Asian sesame oil |
|
|
|
28 10. Fry the tofu cubes until they turn golden brown |
