8 - Chinese spice, two tbsp |

9 - Soy sauce, two tbsp |

10 - Chili sauce, two tbsp |

|

11 - Salt to taste |

12 - Fresh chopped dill, one tbsp |

13 - Black pepper to taste |

14 - Cauliflower, two cups |

15 - Cilantro, one tbsp |

17 # Instructions |

18 1. Heat a wok on medium flame |
|

19 2. Add the oil and garlic |
|
|
|
20 3. Cook the garlic, once browned, add the chili sauce, and mix Chinese spice into it |

21 4. After the cauliflower is half cooked, add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper |
|
|
|
22 5. Cook more for ten minutes |
|
|
|
23 6. Add in the cilantro and dill in the end |
