8 - Chinese spice, two tbsp |

9 - Soy sauce, two tbsp |

10 - Salt to taste |

|
|
11 - Black pepper to taste |

12 - Chili paste, one tbsp |

13 - Cooking wine, two tbsp |

14 - Bamboo shoots, two cups |

15 - Cilantro, one tbsp |

16 - Chopped fresh dill, one tbsp |

19 1. Heat a wok on medium flame |

|

20 2. Add the oil and garlic |

|

21 3. Cook the garlic, once browned, add the bamboo shoots, and mix Chinese spice into it |

22 4. After the bamboo shoots are half cooked, add the chili paste, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and pepper |

|
|
23 5. Cook more for ten minutes |

|
|
24 6. Add cilantro and chopped dill on top |
