6 - Chopped garlic, two tsp
7 - Green onions, three tbsp
8 - Zucchini, two cups
9 - Chopped fresh dill, two tbsp
10 - Vegetable oil, as required
11 - Cumin spice, two tbsp
12 - Salt to taste
13 - Gram flour, two cups
14 - Chopped onions, two tbsp
15 - Cauliflower florets, one cup
16 - Water, as required

19 1. Mix all the ingredients together
20 2. Heat the oil in a large pan
21 3. Make small fritters and fry them
22 4. When the fritters are golden brown, dish them out
23 5. Serve them with your preferred dip
