1 # Rules of the Bitreich Council |

3 We are a democratic institution. All major decisions have to be discussed here |

10 Secret voting is possible on certain topics. When council members vote in |

11 secret, they need to vote under a bedcover. Multiple council members can |

16 Council members have to be reachable in some way. When there is a vote, the |
