5 The community has voted on the weekend, when bitreichcon 2019 will happen. It |

6 will happen on the weekend of 3rd to 4th of August. |

12 if you are coming, how you want to come, for how long etc. If you need to |

13 register your bus full of gopher or bitreich followers, please do it until |
|

14 Mid of June. There are emergency tents, but I don't want to use them. |

16 The registration is required, because the conference location is bit off the big |
|
|
|
17 airports, railways. Only some bus stop ends there, served four times a day – |
|
|
|
18 if there is school. |

20 Based on how many come, where they arrive, I will organize shuttles / pickups |
|
|
|
21 and of course for the departure the same. The number of people also decides, |
|
|
|
22 which venue we will use and the social programme. Be surprised. :) |

24 I have around 10 sleeping places for free. If we are more, something will be |

|
|
25 organized, for a low fee. |
