Location:
  The ruins of a once great society lie on the outskirts of the Capital, 
  which is nestled in the mountains. The city is surrounded by solid 
  steel walls, lights sporadically blinking in and out of existence 
  along every inch of the wall.
Atmosphere:
  The entire Capital feels like a war between two sides. On one side, 
  you have the people in charge, the ones with the power and influence 
  who make sure you know it. On the other, you have the ones considered 
  to be scum, just tying to scrape by with enough to get through the 
  next day.
