|college that are millionaires(there's actually quite a
|few of them) didn't really do anything out of the

|first 15 years out of college. As soon as they got hired
|at a position they'd update their resumes and start
|putting in for the next highest position somewhere else
|and highball the salary. Eventually someone would hire

|Recession. Post-covid the game has changed a little bit.
