i@carnage4life I've been called so many things - including racist - for arguing that DEI is a good thing and *not* the reason any of this happened. If anything, I'd argue that companies doing DEI right and for the right reasons are more likely to make good choices in other areas too. All the yelling about DEI being "a disaster" seems to be coming from people who are secretly afraid they wouldn't make it if faced with a level playing field.
