The landscapers are here working on the water leak issue. It does indeed look like an issue with the drip line to the tree in our front yard.I suspect the valve is stuck open, even though the sprinkler system is turned off at the control panel.I hope it's just a matter of replacing the valve.With all that said, I'm sooooo grateful that the leak isn't on the inside of the house. I've checked everywhere possible, and the home is dry. If there was a leak inside the home, it would be in an impossible-to-reach place where we'd have to knock out a wall or two. I'm so very incredibly relieved that the leak is outside the home. |
