Bean Sprout Banchan
Ingredients:
2 cups bean sprouts
2 tsp seasoned rice vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
Method:
1- Place the bean sprouts in a bowl. Bring a kettle to
boil, then pour the boiling water over the bean sprouts
to cover. Let sit for 2 minutes, then drain.
2- Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl,
then toss with bean sprouts
3- Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at
least half an hour before serving. Sprinkle with sesame
seeds if desired.
