Ubuntu Touch OTA-13

It is already available for Aquaris E4.5 phone. That's a bit unusual - my phone
was usually served as one of the last devices. So I installed that update. It
was only 90 MB (previous update was over 200 MB, if I remember correctly).

The changes are not too visible but I noticed some nice things:

* Keyboard layout changer in top panel. There was previously no easy way to
	change layout of external keyboard. Then Win+Space shortcut was added. Now
	there is even an graphical thingy. ;-)
* The Calendar can be synchronized not only with the Google Calendar but also
	with the OwnCloud and others.
* It is possible to sync with more or one remote calendar  (now it actually
  works...).
* More detailed setup of notifications. It is now possible to set if the
	notification can be represented by a sound, a vibration, a notification
	bubble or if it will be listed in the notification list (all of them or any
	of them). For every application which can produce notifications, of course.

Now I'm waiting for an update of my M10 tablet...
