Strange behavior

I have noticed a strange behaviour of the Paraview [1] today:

- on my work machine (W7) it fails when reading data file

- on the old Debian server (Sun Ultra 40) it fails when reading data file

- on my O2 it works without issues


The data file was exactly the same for all machines. And it fails on 64bit
OSes but works on a 32bit one (the O2 does not support 64bit IRIX) so it
should not be a size issue. All installations are Paraview 3.x (not exactly
the same versions).  

That's strange.
