iPod Nano as waches?

Well, I never heart about that before: [1]. Honestly, I don't have any plan to
get them as is's still an iPod from the Apple. So there is a vendor lock-in, a
requirement for the  iTunes (I do not have computer that is able to run modern
iTunes). Anyway, it's an interesting and a very cool thing.
