LaTeX

It was a nice surprise that some conferences still use LaTeX templates which
do not require a latest XeTeX, LuaTeX and use of 6 GHz processors in order to
process the document.

I'm preparing paper for this one [1] and it's nice to use my O2 with 10 (or so)
years old installation of the TeXLive [2] without any issues. 

Well, it's stupid that you have a system that is backward compatible (the TeX)
but for actual work you have use a front-end that is not compatible in any
direction (LaTeX...).
