Palm device drivers

I have reviewed drivers for Palm III peripherals which I have installed
on my Palm IIIx for:

* Stowaway keyboard (for home use)

* Ortek keyboard (though the keyboard has dead keys - I might uninstall
  this one)

* GoType keyboard (outside use - just  for case as I normallydo not use
  the IIIx outdoors)

* SiPix A6 printer


And I removed the serial GPS driver as I still do not have such device.

P.S. Of course, on the TRGpro (which has two times larger RAM) I have a
bit more. More on that next time.
