Radeon temperature

It seems  that ~85 degrees  of Celsius are too  much for a  Radeon card
(quick WWW search returned values about  60 degrees as the most optimal
for  passive  cooling). But  system  keeps  this temperature  for  some
reason.

So I will try to service my card  (but I have to find the thermal paste
first). Fortunately,  the rest of  the system is still  cool (including
the CPU which is close to that card slot).
