On Fedora 36

The Fedora  37 is already  available, of course.  Bu I was  running the
Fedora 35 until today.

But it  have changed this evening  - I started the  installation before
the dinner and it was finished shortly after the dinner. No problems so
far.

So now I have the Fedora 36 on the OpenPOWER!
