Ugh. Why is it that people still feel the need to WRITE IN ALL CAPS in email? What, is this 1996 (of course, I am posting this on a gopher server...)? 'Subject: EXAMPLE.COM IS DOWN' Clearly, I'll take it more seriously if it is in all caps.
