Keto Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

    2 cups heavy cream
    3 large eggs
    1/3 cup Swerve, confectioners
    1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    (optional) pinch of sea salt

Directions

    - Place all ingredients in deep and narrow bowl

    - Stir first with spoon, then mix with electric mixer until well mixed

    - Transfer to ice cream maker and finish per standard methods
