    1/2 Cup Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
    4 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    2 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    2 1/2 Tbsp Liquid Aminos

Directions

    - Mix ingredients

    - Add to slow cooker with pot roast
