The story of changes in Local Industrial Portal script

- Implementation of a new portal core based on the old non
functional core has begun.
- Support for PHP 4 has been removed and the code has been
partially converted to PHP 5.2.
- A template based on popular design from the early 2000s
has been created. 
- A bug with message sending has been fixed. The database
structure has been corrected. 
- A high-quality template for private messages has been added.
- A public chat has been added, along with the option
to send messages separately. 
- A convenient login page has been added and the ID counter
has been fixed. 
- An admin panel has been added with functions that were
previously unavailable. 
- An error with the incorrect login in the left-hand user
panel has been removed. 
- An error requiring the page to be refreshed in order
to view private messages has been removed. 
- Protection from alternative encodings has been installed
for registration. 
- Protection from registration of names with different
syntax has been installed. 
- A simple file exchange script has been added. 
- Protection against direct execution of code in scripts has
been installed. 
- A visit logging system has been added in the admin
interface.
- The white border at the top of the frame has been
successfully removed. Now the site looks the same
in all browsers. 
- Links in the chat are now highlighted. There is no need
to copy them anymore. 
- Clocks have been added in the top right corner. They
display the time on your local PC. 
- Mistakes in the forms have been fixed. 
- The code has been reviewed and unnecessary styles and
font tags have been removed.
- A refresh button has been added at the top of the frame.
- The session time since the last login has been increased
to 120 minutes. 
- Design inconsistencies during registration have been fixed.
- The administrator section now has the same design as the
entire portal. 
- A new clear and beautiful HTML login page has been created.
- Support for 800x600 resolution has been added for old video
adapters.
- When refreshing frames using the button at the top, it no
longer redirects to the main page. The user stays where they
were.
- Smilies in the chat module have been replaced. 
- The code for private messages has been rewritten from
scratch.
- The registration code has been rewritten without using
register globals.
- Unnecessary dead end code functions have been removed
from the script.
- Deep localization performed.
