1 bottle red wine (I used shiraz) 4 cloves, whole 3 star anise, whole 2 cinnamon sticks 1 orange 1 Tbsp honey Zest and juice orange. Put wine, orange juice, orange zest, and spices in a pot. Bring to boil then simmer for 10-12 minutes. Strain. Serve warm.
