figuring more stuff out for my system, discovered a script called kitty-cat that lets me change the font and colour scheme easily.
also found out that i can easily mount my drives using udisks2, i did figure out how to put my internal extra drive in fstab
but that caused my boot time to slow down drastically, it took a few minutes to get to the display manager.

some less positive news though, i recently learned my grandma has breast cancer, it sounds like its all getting taken care of
but i also learned it runs in the family which is Not Fun. :(
